There are seasons when we all need help. You may be experiencing food insecurity, housing instability, financial hardship, homelessness, trauma, or another difficult life circumstance. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes the first step is simply saying, “I Need H.E.L.P.”
Depending on your needs and available resources, H.E.L.P. Foundation assists with connecting individuals to appropriate community resources and specialized support. Knowing where to go next is often the help someone needs most.

When you submit a request, we work to understand what you are currently experiencing and what type of assistance you need. Based on available programs and community partners, we work to identify possible next steps.
No. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Whether you are rebuilding after trauma or simply trying to determine your next step, asking for help is okay.
We recognize that one organization cannot provide every service someone may need. When appropriate, our goal is to serve as a bridge, connecting you with specialized partner organizations and resources.
We assist with identifying resources related to food insecurity, homelessness, housing support, survivor services, mental and emotional wellness, youth support, women’s empowerment, and personal development.
